Fees & Pricing

Courageous Counseling is in-network with the following health insurance plans:

United Healthcare, United Healthcare Student Resources, UMR, Optum, Aetna, Oscar, and Oxford

If your insurance is not listed, we are not in-network with that plan. Clients with plans not listed above are considered self-pay clients.

Your coverage for sessions will depend on your specific plan. Please call your insurance company to verify benefits. Some helpful questions to ask may be:

  • Does my plan include mental or behavioral health benefits?

  • Does my plan include telehealth benefits?

  • Do I have a copay?

  • Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?

  • If I have met my deductible, what will be my coinsurance?

  • If I have not met my deductible, how much will I owe per session?

Insurance participation varies by therapist. Please visit your therapist’s profile to confirm which insurance plans they accept.
