Meet Chadé

Chadé Walker (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker (MSW009877) in the state of Georgia. Her strengths include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, which she uses to help clients build insight and take practical steps toward growth.

Chadé is a biracial Black woman and first-generation college graduate. She found her passion and calling in social work after experiencing the impact of unresolved trauma in her own family. Chadé believes in the inherent dignity and worth of all people and is dedicated to providing affirming, inclusive care for clients who are queer, people of color, and/or other marginalized identities. Chadé believes “you are your best thing” and that sometimes the world forgets to show us that. Chadé is committed to helping people find their way back to themselves and back to joy.

Chadé received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University.

Chadé is a bookworm at heart, with a special interest in Science Fiction. She also enjoys live music, travel, being out in nature, and crochet.
